i was wondering if anything is there that shouldnt be and if i can optimize my system anyhow
 
already got that done...just making sure nothing running in the background that shouldnt be
 
Well, "System32" stuff you should never really touch unless you know what you're doing, other than that, in the first little list I don't see much, on the other hand if that was your startup list I would get rid of almost all of it, but nope, don't see anything you wouldn't want:)
