hey everyone im new to this site and ive beem lookin for one of this forums for a while to help me with my windows xp.

this might be a stupid question or not but does anyone know how to change the color of the start toolbar on windows xp and does anyone know how to move that start toolbar to a different place on my desktop like the top or side of the screen?

please help me and i have windows xp so if that helps u in any bit
