rename the file and take the .exe extension of the back of it.

Then burn the file with your burning software. Most will allow you to simply double-click the .iso file and burn it.
 
Wait a second....
You received an iso file with an additional .exe on the end of it? I would get rid of it immediately!
My experience with .iso files with an extra .exe as the true extention would lead me to believe that the file is either a fake or out to do some harm. What kind of ISO is this?
