I looked at the case. You should still be able to use zipties.
If not, use tape or hot glue. whatever works for you.
... so it's a pre-built dell machine, ehh. Why do you fell the need to install a fan?
Are you having heat problems? Maybe you should clean your PC's inside.
A dusty heat sink is hell for cooling performance. Clean it for dust.

Unless you've done some serious upgrades, there should be no need to add case fans. Dells usually have some half decent cooling round the CPU anyway, and most graphics cards use a spacer at the back for their air cooling.
