Help with Buy/Sell/Trade

I have tried numerous times to post in the Buy/Sell/Trade section and had no luck.

Every time I click make new post, it says i cant do that or something. Does anyone know why?

Is there like a preset amount of posts that have to be made before you can post in the classified section?

You need at least 40 posts, in order to post in the BST section.
