Help! Win2KPro & XP Pro Conflict

I have 2 hd one with win2kpro and on with xp pro. both programs run good. Win 2kpro is the default.
Problem: Whenever I switch to from XP to Win2k it takes about 25 min to start. It stops at "applying computer settings".
Now win2k is not starting. After "applying computer setting" I get a blue screen with the mouse pointer on it.

Any help appreciated

One Question: Why run both? Their almost exactly the same except for their GUIs.

I also run XP Pro and 2K Pro, XP is default on mine.
I haven't had any problems what-so-ever. The only reason I have 2K Pro is that I am going to school for an MCSE.

Just get rid of XP if it doesnt work.......
