HELP! What Does This Motherboard Beep Mean?

Hello,

Can someone tell me what this beep means? I've just bought a new setup and also had a replacement motherboard as I believe the 1st was faulty... but I'm still encountering problems and nothing displays on the screen.

The motherboard is just on a table at the moment with nothing inserted... just the CPU, memory, graphics card and RAM.

I've tried inserting the RAM (DDR4 3,000MHz) which works on my computer also but same result.

GTX 2060 Super
Ryzen 5 3600
Crucial DDR4 16gb 2400MHz
Asus Prime B450-PLUS
Corsair TX-M 650W

Also can someone tell me what codes this motherboard speaker uses? This is the one:

yep. i worked on my pc once and lost my video. wtf? turned out i plugged into the onboard video instead of the video card. duh. brain fart.

This can be deleted possibly.. I was being an idiot and using a faulty monitor cable!

Cudos to providing an audio clip of the beep. More people need to do this.
