Help suggest parts for this build

There's a $400 budget and I still don't have a case either. All this is $380

I was just curious if you guys saw something that would be better suited in this build and just looking generally for input.

Power supply will barely cut it, especially if you're going to put it together with a Radeon HD 5450. You can save some big bucks by switching to an AMD platform. Sometimes more than $150, and performance won't suffer all that much.

Why will it barely cut it?
What problems will I see with a smaller power supply. Just not functioning at all?

overloading a power supply can cause issues, instability, excessive heat, even component failure (or system failure). I wouldn't go with any less than 450 watts on that kind of system, especially if you load it up like that.
