Wait a sec...what are you trying to do? Delete multiple images from a doc? You should be able to just hold CTRL, then click on each pic and then hit DELETE.
As for copying text from one place to another, click and hold the left mouse button, and highlight the text, right click the mouse and choose copy, or hit CTRL+C, then in WORD right click mouse, hit PASTE or CTRL+V
