Hello everyone again,
Well a while back I had a thread asking for advice on parts for a 1000USD rig but now my budget has been cut roughly in half :( :( :( but at least I still have 600 to build a rig. My thoughts are:

CASE: IDK what to call it but its ATX and cool looking :)
CPU: E6300 $187.00
MB: ??? (has to be ATX)
RAM:???
Video card:???
PSU:???
HD: Western Digital 250 GIG SATA 79.99

As you can see I am very limited... 333.01 has to get me MB, RAM, Video card, and PSU before shipping not included(have extra for shipping).

Please recommend me some parts for this rig!!
And of course Thanks for any/all help I appreciate it!!!!

Ouch...alright. Here's my recommendations:

Asus P5B-E Motherboard ($119):

1 GB (2 x 512) OCZ DDR2-667 ($105):

7600GT Video Card ($109):

550 Watt Rosewill PSU ($65):

Crap. It's about $400. Oh well, save up $70, which isn't really that much, and then order it. Eventually, upgrade the video card and get another gig of RAM, but for now, it's okay.

Thanks freestyler105, I will go with the 7600GT and that PSU, but I think I need to get a non-open box motherboard. Also I think I can cut a little off the RAM price by getting some value select.

~~~~~Heres what it looks like~~~~~
Case Like this one but its powder-coated blue
Mother Board $134.99
RAM 79.99
CPU 187.00
Hard Drive 79.99
Video Card 109.99
PSU 64.96
If someone can look over all my choices and let me know if I should change anything(price has to be same or less), and make sure its all compatible, I think it is but would like someone to double check for me.
Ok so that brings my running total to 655.95 before shipping, and Tax.
And as always THANK YOU!!!
Looks like everything checks out to me. You might want to look into getting DD2 800 RAM. It'll be like 20-30 more, but that's like what, 4 lawn mowing jobs? You're going to want to upgrade to that anyway in the future, so it'll save you in the long run. Also, you have a case already? Cause you didn't include that in the price, so I take it you already have one.
Thanks for the response, Is there a noticeable difference between the ram I have on the list and This RAM Or even the ram that was recommended to me before? Yes I do have a case already.
Good suggestion on the lawn mowing, know anyone who needs their lawn mowed? lol jk
and as always THANK YOU
