Help! Mic issues

I need help, my blue yeti microphone randomly disconnects and when it is connected my voice is super queit even though my mouth is right close to it. In the past my voice was super load and it can pick up EVERYTHING, now it can not.

microphone: Blue yeti silver

test it on another pc to determine if it is your usb port or the mic itself. If it is your mic you can try contacting Blue support
