hey guys , nice ideas' they worked like a charm , I got everything sorted now apart from one thing , wen i got on the net or need to scroll it take ages to do it , its like it havin to refresh the page every second , litarly, theres no way i can use it like this , any ideas

You will probably need to reinstall some of your drivers. If you go into device manager, there will probably be some items in the list with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark. These are the ones that need doing, if you have a driver CD for them then run that. Otherwise look them up on the net.
