Help me choose between these 2 graphics cards please

Ok so I need help between choosing which graphic card for my new computer. I'm not very good at the hardware side of pc .

Ok so the first one is a Single AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 - DX11 / Eyefinity Ready

and the second one is a Single NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1GB GDDR5 - DX11 / 3D Surround / PhysX Ready

The NVIDIA card is $20 more but I don't mind paying more if it is better then the AMD

from what i know the 6850 is better then the 460

All in all, just in case your to lazy to read below the 6850 rocks the 460 sideways stick with 6850.
clock speeds are better, the pixel rates/ shaders are better, Stick with 6850
