If i were to upgrade to a Asrock motherboard N68PV-GS AMD AM2 would a 1gb stick of ram at 144mhz work and with that 256mb 133mhz please help

You have to use DDR2 RAM with that motherboard.

The DDR RAM you mention won't work with it.

133mhz isn't even DDR lol, its SD pc 133 or SD pc100 rofl.
