hmmm well turning off messenger may sort him out, but surely the spyware would still be on his pc. isnt it best for him to clean it up

Thats just it tho, messenger is built into windows, theres no suggestion of spyware on his pc

the error it brought up though doesnt seem normal. i know it was from the messenger service but it aint a normal error surely

Thats just it mate, the error can be whatever the sender wants it to be, so there isnt such a thing as a "normal" error

Its not weird.. Its just messenger spam. Any website can launch a message spam saying whatever the hell it feels like..

omg guys. turn off messenger...problem solved BECAUSE SOMEONE IS SENDING THEM TO HIM FROM THE OPEN INTERNET AND HE DOESNT HAVE A FIREWALL

Im guessing he has already done it like suggested in post 2. Plus the fact he hasnt been back with more problems
