HDD problem

I usually blab, so i'll keep it short and simple..
Well, i was stupid enough to plug in a 2nd harddrive without turning off my computer and i think i shorted out my first (main) harddrive.

Is there anything i can do to revive this harddrive, it had everything i needed on it, lol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

ou could make the secondary HDD the master then put the Master to secondary and see if you can get anything off it. i doupt you will though. if it's fried it's fried.

i cannot see how you would have shorted the main HDD are you sure did it smell of burnin if so good bye lovly data
