Hd2600

Yes the 2600PRO is fine. I have one that worked fine on a 300watt for a long time overclocked playing CoD4. I eventually got a 480watt PSU because it was cheap at the store nearby.
I got mine overclocked to 650 core, 475 memory and it plays CoD4 at 1280x1024 (no AA/AF, I hate it) at 45-60fps average.

isnt the normal memory clock at 800?

Yeah, multiply mine by 2 to get the real one, I guess its because there are 2 RAMDAC's or something...

ok, but would the 256 mb and the 512 mb really make that much of a difference? and is the pci-e and the agp versions the same?

The PCIe would have a slight performance edge on the AGP version as it has a higher bandwidth through the PCIe slot. Having more memory will give it better performance in higher resolutions.

well im getting the 256 mb version for agp, do u think i could still run cod4 and any other modern games at least on medium with no lag? my res. is 1024x768 (yea i know its small)

and one more thing, does it have pixel shader 2.0 or higher? because im a big nfs fan and i want to play nfs pro street.
