HD 3650 Black Screen Problems

I got a HD 3650 to replace my broken 8600gts last week, and I've been having a strange problem. Sometimes when I click on a game to run it, the screen just goes black instantly, no alt-f4, no crtl-alt-del, nothing, I have to hard-reset my computer.

Strange thing is, its not overheating. I was playing Arma 2 and noticed it was at 75C because the default fan setting is just 4%. I kicked it up to 50% and it doesn't get over 50C now. The card will be at 37C, I launch Rigs of Rods, and the screen will just go black.

Any help?

Make sure you're using the most up to date driver. That card is horrendously outdated though.

Using 13-1 catalyst driver, up to date.

Yep, 500w cooler master, pushed my 8600gts just fine in the case, this card doesn't even have a aux power connector.

Bump, problem got stranger, today when I launched WoT the screen went white with vertical faded red lines.
