At the minute a lot of people are having trouble connecting to TorGuards VPN network.
I will say all their certificates have been updated including the older Certs to co inside with the implementation of IP.Ver6 ..
If you are running any mobile or even desktop app, you need to fully remove the older version and download the up to date software.

Their older Certs have been updated with new keys and route addresses.
In my case I simply deleted the old network connection and downloaded the up too date ZIP file with the new updated configs.
