Hello everyone, and as you can most likely see, I am very new to this forum, and am also very new to building computers. I followed many different tutorials on youtube, trying to gather as much info as possible. The problem I am having is that when I try to do a test boot, nothing shows up on the monitor. I am fairly sure that all you need to do one is the mobo, graphics card, cpu, ram, and the power supply, and I have all of those installed. Here are my parts:
Newegg.com - Acer S200HLAbd Black 20" 5ms LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor 250 cd/m2 ACM 100,000,000:1 (1000:1)
Newegg.com - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
Newegg.com - Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-N450D3-1GI GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Newegg.com - ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Please let me know if any of these parts are incompatible or anything like that.
Also, if you know of any troubleshooting tips that you think might be helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks.

What power supply are you using, and what are it's specs? My gut instinct is that you are not providing enough power to the video card, or that the RAM, Mobo, or GPU are dead.
