the mod chips for PS2 are illegal they allow you to play copied games

the mod chip's themselfs might not be illegal - but playing copied games is.

uhh actuly its only illgal if u have not already purchased the game
like when i buy a pc game i always get a dvd and copie it
but any way
once you buy it u have the right to mod any files copied w/e as long as
you do not share it with any one who hasnt bought the game
or sell it to any one even if they do have it
