My Dell Dimension 3000, not the best ever but, im upgrading it for games and everything, i'm pretty sure that i can upgrade the graphics card because its integrated...is there anything to get around this where i can upgrade it, or install a port where i can put another one?

I would have thought if you put in an AGP Processor (do you have PCI-E?) it would override the integrated graphics as long as the monitor is plugged into the new card. That is all you have to do as far as I know :D

The integrated graphics can be disabled in the BIOS. Enter it at boot by pressing F2 or Del or something like that. But, the integrated graphics should be overwritten when you get a new GFX, as long as you uninstall the drivers for the integrated chip and install the new ones for the GFX card! Good luck, and have fun with your new graphics card!

OK, good and bad news.

Good news is: You can upgrade the video card.
Bad news is: PCI cards only. No AGP.

to upgrade it, buy a PCI card and disable the onboard one. It, however, may be disabling it automatically.
