GPU Settings?!?

I just purchased and installed a new GPU (NVIDIA Galaxy GT 610 2GB). What settings should I set it to? I have no idea what any of these mean:

Edge Enhancement: is currently set to 0%
Noise Reduction: is currently set to 0%
Dynamic Range: is currently set to 16-235 but can be changed to 0-225(full)?

Basically, i'm looking to get the most performance out of games instead of quality.

Set the performance level to High Performance in the Nvidia Control Panel.

I must say though, that the GT 610 is a terrible card. Even the HD4000 is better than it in most instances.

I know, it's the best I could get at the moment. Who makes the HD4000? Intel?

Yea HD4000 is Intels IGP. The GT 610 is essentially a GT 520.
