better then spending millions of dollars to renovate a old broken down mansion when they could build a new one for even less and it be even greater, sure it is heritage but you build the enw one of the specs of the old. its such a waste of money!

The house of parliament in the UK need to have the exterrior rebuilt every 50 years as they chose the wrong limestone at construction in the 11th century. Fortunately the queen pays as technically she rents the palace to the houses of parliament for 50p per year. The brilliant thing is that our country actually has history and heritage sites.
