I bet if he got Christies to do the auction, he'd get a lot more. You'd get the more serious collectors that way. After the fee I think he'd still make out like a bandit.

Well....$1.2 million isn't a bad haul either, but agreed, a real auction house would be a better bet but with the article on Yahoo, he might be more likely to get some attention...but if technically already sold on eBay.
