Hi. I have Corsair XM3 1600 MHz (2x4GB) Ram. When I try to run it in Dual Channel, I get BSOD. I ran memtest and in single channel no errors. In dual channel I get a good amount---10+. Someone on another forum said changing DRAM voltages and the CPU memory controller. Can someone tell me what I should change all my voltages and other settings to? I have a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3, And an AMD FX-6300. Thanks

Boards normally switch over to dual channel mode when slot 0 and slot 2 have cards in them. Preferably matching cards. Some will tip over to dual channel when slot 1 and slot 3 have cards in them with nothing in the others. I had a wonky MSI board that would do that.
If you only have 2 cards put one in slot 0 closest to the processor and one in slot 2. They should be color coded so one in each left slot of the colors.
Let us know what happens.
