good racing game

For games, I would say any NFS game... I haven't played the new one yet though. Or GRID, Test Drive Unlimited, or DIRT...

Grid is by far one of the best racing games I have ever played (on the PC)

Need For Speed: Most Wanted is pretty fun, its the only game I've played in the series, but I might get the newest one soon

Test Drive Unlimited is also fun, especially because it has an open world environment.

I disagree on NFS games. The first Underground was fun, but thats all I've liked.
Grid is an amazing game, as is Dirt

rfactor - www.rfactor.net is excellent for the pc. Lots of mods and tracks for download

rFactor is pretty popular, personally I recommend GTR2. So many mods for that game...

Racer is OK. I have trouble configuring it though. It seems like you can't accelerate when you are turning the wheels any, and I don't know how to fix that. The controls are really crappy in this game, but of all the racing games I have seen, this one by far has the most content.
