Good God My Knees Hurt

Does Anyone know like, Some ancient chinese secret to get my knees to stop hurting? I haven't been able to get to sleep at all, I've tried everything I can think of, This Blue Goo stuff which is like Icy Hot, Pain Medicine, Nothing ;_;

Maybe if i shot my foot the knee wouldnt hurt anymore? >_<

I don't know, standing up for too long and sitting in the same position too long after probably, they just really ache

I put so much of that stuff on my knees its so hot right now I could roast marshmallows haha I don't know what's worse.. burning or pain haha

(yes I'm allowed to laugh at my pain, no one else )

Did you bust a musca sack inside of your knee? I've done it playing football you can also do it with heavy squats.

Try some fish oil supplements (capsules) strong in Omega 3's, they're good for reducing joint inflamation
