Getting really high ping/spikes

Hey, ok so just now my internet went out. I repaired my network, and now I am getting really high ping in game/vent and it jumps from low to super high constantly.

I tried reseting my router and it still didn't work. So I am not sure if repair the network did anything to mess something up.
