Getting Blue Screened on laptop

Alrighty, I am getting constantly bluescreened whenever I take my laptop out of the plug, this concerns me that it is the battery, which it is most likely, but here are the event logs

Using windows 7 64-bit, RC client
Gateway FX-series, it is refurbed
4gb of ram

When does the Blue screen appear? Right when you unplug or minutes later? Has this happened with other operating systems, linux live cd? I doubt the laptop came to you with Win7 on it, did XP give the same problem?
 
Disable all of your power saving options in control panel -> power options. See if that makes a difference.
 
the laptop came with vista, i have been able to get a hold of a oem copy of windows 7, so I may so do the upgrade option... Going to try the power option idea, I notice that it only crashed when I try to connect to a network when in the auditorium at school...

Here is an update, the system crashed again, but I was able write down what teh screen had said...
