I'm trying to create a mobile app service that can detect the present amount of cellphones in a given area. I know there are many companies that detect wifi activity. There are a couple companies detecting through cell phone signals for retail and government security. Does anyone have experience setting up devices for this. Maybe even creating themselves. Also making them programmable to a mobile app to read real time?
