i get your point about the hdd but i used to have 9gb on my old pc and managed with that but now i have a 160gb one i seem to be filling it up loads now so im sure it will be full one day. just nice to have that extra space

hdd's are very easily upgradeable, so he can jus slot one in if he needs new space

That motherboard is REALLY cheap and stuff will stop working after a short time (Kinda like my MSI board) Get an asus board or DFI

i would get a DFI Ultra-D if your budget allows, if not get a ASRock Dual SATA.
