Vegetarian health nut (dairy is ok)

Just wanted to share and maybe freak or gross some of you out there, lol

Twice a day protein drink, nothing fancy

tablespoon of Spirulina - Veg (Natural) 30 oz Protein Booster - Naturade
.3 cup Veg Soy - NOW Foods - Spirulina Powder 100% Natural - 4 lbs.
half scoop Anator - Anator-p70 Bodybuilding Muscle Growth Supplement - MuscleTech releases Anator-p70 the worlds first and only Muscle Gene Activator
teaspoon of Storm - Universal Nutrition

and 1/3 teaspoon of some other stuff I forget :D

I still think I'm eating too little food/protein. Too much eating :p
 
I love turkey. I don't even eat beef any more. It's all about the ground turkey, turkey sausage, turkey burgers, etc. Tastes better imo and is way lower in fat and cholesterol content.
 
Seen it at the state fair but I've never tried it. Heard it's very lean. Heard the same about buffalo, too, for that matter. Like a very lean steak, they say. I've had bear meat but didn't like it. What's ostrich taste like anyway?
