So here is my problem, every now and then my computer will "lock up" but I can move the mouse and use the windows key. I can't click or type at all.

I can however CTRL-Alt-Del but once i click task manager the problem stays the same, task man desnt load either.

it seems like everything is running fine, just can't click or type.

Anyone else run into this? I have tried a new mouse and new keyboard.

What's the PSU wattage?

It might be the HDD containing bad sectors, that freeses up. Or, it could be the RAM.

so I may have figured it out

Found some program that is like msconfig on crack and stopped a lot of processes that were internal to explorer.exe seems to have fixed it
