A) has to be legal.
B) Not boring.

184.0 TB over 18284563 files and I can't think of 1 single thing that it might have that will satisfy these requirements. :/

Linux? Perhaps... A free movie like Elephants Dream? And maybe some free games like Nexuiz, Wolf:ET. But all this stuff is available elsewhere. Usenet is only good for pirate software and music and movies. Anything that you could download legally for free is available elsewhere.
