Free after rebate?

I was looking at these fans for my girl friends computer, Newegg.com - XIGMATEK Cooling System XLF XLF-F2003 200mm LED Orange Case Fan PSU Molex Adapter/extender included, and it's $20 but says $0.00 after rebate. Are these fans essentially free?

I would download and check the rebate form (see if you have to recieve it by the 30th) but it is through Newegg so it should work unless the company goes bankrupt or something (even then they might be forced to honor it). When I did my build I got both of my mail-in rebate cards.

EDIT: In the reviews some people are complaining that it is taking a while for the rebate or it is not coming at all so I guess it is up to you. If you were going to get a fan anyways you might as well go with this one and at least try to get the rebate.

It's right there. Just under the $19.99. The exact wording is '$0.00 after mail-in rebate.'

Reading the rebate, It says:

Rebate submission must be postmarked no later than 15 days after the promotion ends

So ifr Egg sends it quick youre good.
