Forum posting problem

Yeah I'd be much more hesitant to buy something from someone with 10 posts vs 1,000. I've bought things from members on here and everything went smooth. I think it's reasonable.

We require people to stick around a while before they are allowed the rights to post in BST. This way we can see they are at least somewhat of a dedicated member by sticking around at least that long.

They can build their reputation by posting in the forums and helping out that way.

Members aren't allowed to PM up until around 40 posts, I believe, so that combats some of that. But no, we can't really stop people from PM'ing offers and such before that 100 post mark.

wrong. i PM'd trotter about a moderation decision as soon as i joined. i had 0 posts then.

makes me believe there may be a mistake about the numbers of posts needed to post in OT.
I did try logging in and out like CarnageX suggested through PM but this didn't work.
