Forgot Password...

I have a computer upstairs that i have not used in a couple of years. I decided the other day to use it, so i turned it on, and it asked for my user password. I unfortunately had forgotten it. I tried to get around it, but I couldn't. The computer has windows xp professional. If you have any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try booting into safe mode, and logging on as the administrator, then changing the passwords?
