What is wrong with the amp?

I want it hows 35 shipped.

But I need to know what is wrong with it first, like bad wiring etc.

believe it or not the amp still works I jumpered it and it would still push both my 12" subs to the limits.

I think I will pass a brand new 5200 is the same price as an 8400gs which is about $45 shipped, a used fx5200 isn't going to be worth $15 IMO.
