you're 15, what if things go wrong?
if things go wrong business usually get public liability insurance so that the insurance can bail them out when there is a complaint, or something you've done causes data loss with associated costs.
you won't be able to get that cause you're so young.
If you want to be 15 and work with computers your better off trying to get a Saturday job at a local computer shop so that you can have the experience of the owner, helping to teach you and helping you to learn more.
also buying parts before hand to fix computers when they go wrong is a great idea. but what are you going to have? one of every type of processor/motherboard etc?
and as a reseller what parts guarantee are you going to offer if things go wrong?
in this situation you're better off saying to people, x-y-z has happened, you're going to need to get a new x-y-z then they buy it, and then they keep the recipts in case it goes wrong or something.
