So I was looking at some drivers for my notebook, and I found a new BIOS released a couple months back. Right now, my BIOS is over a year old, so there might be some improvements if I were to flash it.
but on the page, it says this
I bold the last part because I am not running Windows Vista, I am running Windows 7 RC. Should I still continue with my current Windows 7 OS? or should I not flash at all?
Never mind, I ended up flashing it, and it went successfully

This package contains the WinFlash Utility and a System BIOS image for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The WinFlash Utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS (ROM) on notebooks/laptops operating in a Microsoft Windows Vista environment.
