Hello everyone!
Some months ago my PC just shut down on me. When I tried to reboot it by pressing the power button it didn't react. I've tried plugging it in in different sockets etc, nothing works. This is most likely a problem with the Power Supply I presume? Please do correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyway, I'm going to have that problem fixed today at a computer store and since the PC is already 6 years old I'm probably going to let them install a new graphics card to I can play the latest games on medium graphics settings at least . I was thinking about The Witcher 2, which requires quite some bestiality from the rigs.
I was wondering, would it do me any good to place a brand new graphics card in a 6 year old PC and expect it to run games like one of about 2 years old, for example?
If so, could you guys point me to some good graphics cards (max. 300 euro) that would be up to the task?
Thanks!
