Fixing a restarting windows installation??

I am attempting to fix my grandma's computer for her (they loaded it with LOADS of spyware and adware so i reformated). Before i reformatted it was restarting randomly (I have tested most of the hardware in other machines and its all fine). When i go to install windows now it restarts everytime the install actaully starts. Anyone got any suggestion on whats going on?

whn youremoved the hardware did you ensure you put it back as it was also is this the same version of windows yooou are trying to install

Ive had similar probs in the past, ya havent mentioned ya OS tho. Go in ya BIOS and disable any cache options ya see. It will install extremely slow, but once its done then ya can enable them all again
