Thought this would be a good thread for people to reminisce about their "first". :3 I just recently, yesterday in fact, began to build my first rig. It's going to be a long process seeing as how i have to save up more cash, but luckily my buddy just put together his first custom a couple months ago, so he should be lending me a hand. My soon to be parts list is as follows, if you have any pointers or comments to lend me a hand, it would be much appreciated! Thanks :D ( I am especially undecided about what Ram to get D= )

The most the GTX uses is 680 watts. If you get just over 700 you have no options for the future. Go bigger, not 1200 watts big but something like this.

I stuck with thermaltake just because I like them too. Or if you ever plan on SLi another 295 find a PSU that is SLi compatible. Then maybe that 1200 watter would be worth it. In my own opinion. Sorry if this sounds a bit jumbled haha I just woke up.
