First AMD system build! Need MB/comments

I will soon change the DVD-RW, but which drive will it replace in my first post?

I don't want to change the ram because I need pc4000 for overclocking and what not.

I need more help on the motherboard, I don't know whether to go with which of the following with my above specs:

I still think you can't use that type of memory because AMD compatible motherboards only go as high as PC3200 or DDR400. For the motherboard, pick the MSI one. The SLI version was rated in the top 5 best motherboard by PC World. Yay....

The DVD RW I linked you before will replace all of the drives you were asking for.
