Will be for gaming (mostly steam games/SC2 for now) and will be used for school and other stuff.

I have a HDD monitor keyboard and mouse.

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231275
MOBO/Optical: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.416663
GPU/PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.408243
CPU/Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.416304

I might switch to this ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231190 to save a little since it seems the same.

With windows 7, the price with tax/shipping should come out to ~$773.

I'd like to keep it under $800, but can up budget if necessary.

The only thing I'd be worried about is fitting the video card in the case, but your case looks pretty long, so it's probably not an issue. I had a mid tower and couldn't fit my video card into it.

Everything looks fine to me.

The HD 5770 will fit just fine in that case. The Cooler Master RC-690 is very roomy inside.

So do you guys approve of the Processor/Motherboard?

I had some trouble finding motherboards compatible with the Phenom 955 w/ C3 stepping but this one seems like it will work...

This has a north bridge of 785G, I don't know what that means, but should I invest in a better mobo for ~$30 more? or is this one good enough? if you have any suggestions that would be compatible with the proc I'm open to them unless you think this one is fine

thanks
