i already have everything else, this is just an upgrade. but i was wondering will i need any extra cooling for the processor and video card? and also will all this fit in a mini tower?

All of that looks good, but that motherboard will most likely not fit a mini tower. You may want to look in the Micro ATX category of motherboards. Also, what's your current RAM?

Nice work on the choice of the Antec TruePower series... I favor them.... Everything should work fine, and also have the potential for more upgrades in the future... more ram, better video card. Should last more than a few years.

As far as the Minitower goes, YES, the motherboard WILL fit in a mini-tower as long as it is an ATX minitower.... Such as THESE

ok ive decided to also get a case and hard drive and cd rom drive...but now i need a windows operation system, will the operating system automatically just instal itself into a computer that has never had an operating system or will i have to install it manually?
also my old computer has a 20 gb with 60 gb ram, should i just keep that and my old dvd burner/cd rom from my old computer but still buy everything else? cuz i dont need over 100 gb or anything realy.

XP Pro OEM. It's the same as installed any other software, they give a setup process and all of the other stuff.
