Hello all,
My name is Corey, and this is my first post! I've been meaning to join for awhile, as I always enjoy reading the forum. Anyway, I have a question for you guys!
I recently applied for a position for a 'Field Computer Specialist' at U-Haul. Here is what the job description is:
"Perform major computer hardware re-imaging and "install software updates at all marketing company entities in the assigned geographic area. May supervise other computer technical personnel as needed."
That seems really broad to me. I was called this morning for an interview on Thursday morning. Basically, I'm asking for your guys' opinion on what you think the job will be. I've imaged many thin client computers with my current jobs, and "updating" machines sounds too easy for it to be what they're actually talking about, right?
I'm just trying to get all my ducks in a row before my interview on Thursday. I'm trying to research and learn everything I can in the next two days. Here are the duties I have at my current position. Any help, or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

PC Technician Sep 2012 – present
· Work as a Vendor with businesses offering tech support, system installations, and peripheral installations.
· Assisting IT Staff to complete various projects with Hospitals, and Clinics. Imaging computers that will be deployed to hospitals and clinics. Setting up network printers, and PC's in hospitals and clinics.
· Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
· Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
· Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
· Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
· Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
· Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
· Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
