Most car's like that if street legal have fold down pipe's on them,When they are on the street the fold them down to conform with all the law's,When it's track time they either fold them up or pull them off to get maximum flow,There is a guy across they street from my apartment with a Baretta with a blown 502 that's street legal and has those type of pipe's on it,Dam sweet car too
