.exe isshues

I have a setup.exe for several things i want to install on my computer and when i click on it the "ping" noise comes and no error message even shows up i dont know what to do.

Are these setup.exe's located in a folder with each program or just located on the desktop? What are the several things you want to install?

Both on desktop and in folder they are things for a game that i downloaded and downloaded again

Right click them and see if they even point to the "things" you downloaded. If they were torrents or the like, they could just simply be dummy files or even corrupted.
